  This is a simple, ambidextrous one-handed operational manual operated gate latch. Opens gate from inside or outside. Zinc-coated sturdy materials for long lasting performance. This latch can be locked (lock is not included).  The gate mounting hardware is include however, the post mounting hardware is not include. Small latch is for 1.25in to 1.5in OD round tube gates.  Large latches are for  1 5/8in – 2in OD round tube gates.  Made in China.
